Tana Donaghy, Ed.D

Tana Donaghy, President Educational Equity For All, has worked in the field of special education for over 18 years. Previously she was with the LA County Office of Education and now has her own company providing support to districts, county offices and Special Education Local Planning Area’s.  She has a multiple Subject credential and a moderate to severe Educational Specialist credential.


She has worked with Pre-K through 22. Her expertise is with students who have moderate to severe and profound disabilities. She trains teachers, administrators and parents on curriculum and instruction and programming for children with special needs. 


Today she works with teachers who are addressing the needs of students with mild to moderate disabilities in SDC and RSP settings.  


She is a state and national presenter.
